Driskel left the game Saturday against Tennessee with an apparent leg injury. Turns out, x-rays determined that he broke his fibula in the first quarter of the game and will be out for the remainder of the season.
Fantasy Outlook: Driskel wasn’t much of a player in the fantasy world, but losing a quarterback can completely change a team’s offense. Junior Tyler Murphy took over for Driskel and made the most of his opportunity of playing time. He finished with 134 yards passing and ran 10 times for a total of 84 yards. I’m not saying he will be much more of a player fantasy-wise than Driskel but could be a player to watch. The players to watch at the moment are running backs Mack Brown and Matt Jones. They will be required to step up to help the new quarterback.
